Volleyball Training Program
A structured volleyball training program can increase explosive power, vertical jump, stamina, and speed and agility around the court. Skill training alone and focusing solely on fundamentals such as practicing spikes, won't develop the physical traits necessary to play to the athlete's full potential.
Volleyball players’ leg power is needed to jump explosively off the ground in order to spike, block, set and dive. The repetitive nature of jumping movements makes power endurance an important outcome of training, and the length of matches places a major demand on strength endurance.
A well-designed volleyball training program will also help to reduce the incidence and severity of injury among players. Despite being a non-contact sport, volleyball is the eighth most injury prone sport among the 14-20 year age group.

- Your Confidence Improves: Jumping higher than your opponents improves confidence, resulting in dominating your opponents.
- You'll Hit Better: Your eyes will develop better net focus as well as overall vision of the court, leading to higher percentages of hits. You'll also jump above blocking defenders eliminating blocked hits.
