Hard Knox Bootcamp will get you in the best shape of your life!

Every bootcamp class is choreographed to be distinct, choosing from various exercises to keep everyone interested, encouraged and on their feet! The activities include cardio and resistance training exercises using various width bands to work the arms, shoulders and legs. Bootcamp classes appeal to everyone, from 21 to 75 year-olds, from executives to police officers.

The Hard Knox Bootcamp Training is an outdoor 4-week progressive workout program. Classes are held at various locations and may change from time to time, so please see training schedule below for upcoming sessions near you! Bootcamp Trainees may enroll at any time.

Is the Hard Knox Bootcamp Training for physically non-active people?

No. Hard Knox Bootcamp Training encourages the participants to already have a physically active back ground.
What's the difference between Hard Knox Bootcamp Training and real boot camp?

Hard Knox Bootcamp Training is a combination of civilian and military exercises tailored to be fun, yet effective.
   

Who participates in Hard Knox Bootcamp Training?

Hard Knox Bootcamp Training is open to anyone and everyone with a physically active background.

If I'm not in shape now, does Hard Knox Bootcamp Training offer any other classes to get me in shape?

Yes. Hard Knox Bootcamp Training offers tailored individual training sessions to get you up to speed.

   

Is there an age limit to join?

Yes. You must be at least 21 years old.

What time is Hard Knox Bootcamp Training held?
New classes are starting all the time. Contact us to request information about upcoming classes, or join an existing class!

In general:
3-day class : Monday, Wednesday, Friday
2-day class : Tuesday, Thursday

   
Can I join My Boot Camp Training at anytime?

Hard Knox Bootcamp Training offers an ongoing enrollment program year round.
What do I need to bring to the Hard Knox Bootcamp Training classes?

Yoga mat, towel, and a "have fun" attitude. Hard Knox Bootcamp Training will provide water.
   
How do I reserve a spot for Hard Knox Bootcamp Training?

Does Hard Knox Bootcamp Training continue during the winter?

Hard Knox Camp Training is held year round as weather permits. In the event of inclement weather, makeup classes will be scheduled.
   
If I sign up for one of the outdoor bootcamps, what happens if the weather is bad?

If the weather does not permit, class will be cancelled and a makeup class will be scheduled.
When I purchase a Hard Knox Bootcamp Training package, am I restricted to certain days or times?

In order to change classes, you must be evaluated by the instructor. Speak with your instructor to be evaluated.
   
If Hard Knox Bootcamp Training is not for me, can I get a refund?

Sorry, no refunds. Hard Knox Bootcamp training encourages you to commit to 2 days per week for 4 weeks then evaluate your results.

When do the different levels meet?

3-day Class: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
2-day Class: Tuesday, Thursday

Location: Nicholas Ball Camp Park - 8734 Ball Camp Pike – Within Nicholas Ball Park 37931
From I-40/75, take the Cedar Bluff exit (exit 378), go north on Cedar Bluff Rd. approx. 2 miles,
turn left on to Middlebrook Pike, approx. 2 miles to Ball Camp Pike turn right, on to Ball Camp Pike, park ¼ mile on right.)
 
Location: Carl Cowen Park - 10058 S. Northshore Drive, Knoxville 37922
Take I-40 to the Campbell Station Road exit (exit 373). At the bottom of the exit ramp go south to Kingston Pike. At Kingston Pike turn left and go about ¾ mile to a traffic light and turn right on Concord Road. Travel about 1 mile until Concord Road dead ends into Northshore Drive. Make a left on Northshore Drive travel about 3 miles or so and the field is on the right.
