Bootcamp has been amazing. I would completely recommend to any and everyone…and I do! I wouldn’t say this if I hadn’t seen results, but my results have been unbelievable!!! Since starting bootcamp, I have lost 20+ pounds and inches all over…not to mention the toned muscles and endurance I now have. Dorsey’s training is great…it’s intense, but fun. And it’s different every single day so you will never be bored. I had gone to the gym one day when bootcamp was cancelled for rain and realized just how much fun I have at bootcamp…the gym was all of a sudden ridiculously boring!

I highly recommend Dorsey’s Boot Camp to anyone looking to lose weight, add muscle tone and improve their overall fitness. Most of my workouts in the past have felt routine and they never pushed my body to its full potential. Every Dorsey workout is different and is designed to push your body’s limits and increase your overall fitness level and endurance. You never know what to expect from one workout to the next but you always anticipate the challenge. His workouts generate results you can feel good about and Dorsey is a great individual motivator. Before starting to work out with Dorsey I was already running 30-40 miles a week so I wasn’t sure what kind of results to expect. Four months later I am leaner, stronger and faster than I had ever hoped for (I first started to see results within a few weeks). My 10K time dropped by over 4 minutes, my waist and hips are several inches smaller and my body fat percentage is dropping. I’m over 40 and in the best shape of my life. I love the fact that every workout is different so it never gets boring and the other people in the class are great for the extra support you might need during a tough workout.
