Besides it is pointless to try and "kill" you during your bootcamp experience, the point is to push you a little out of YOUR "comfort zone" so you burn optimal body fat, not make it so your body has to spend every last drop of energy repairing muscles and recuperating. But, that being said...
This is not a cake walk. There will be soreness (especially at the beginning), and there will be sweat (lots of it). In fact, these workouts may be some of the hardest you have ever done - but you will attain results. It took a lot of "work" putting that weight on - don't get it twisted - it takes "work" to get it off. We are here for you. We work around injuries (when we can) and we modify exercises if it is too advanced for your fitness level. We offer a variety of workout routines from bodyweight Bootcamps, to weight training workouts to high intensity circuit training. You definitely will not get bored with the variety of our classes and our trainers.

Ok, so you are still a little unsure if bootcamp is right for you. Fine, I will remove all the risk for you. If you fill out the registration form and bring me $1 to bootcamp, you can try 1 session with no strings attached. If you love it, you can continue at the low price (you won't find a less expensive bootcamp in Knoxville, worth its weight) of $99 for a month @ most parks. If you don't like it, than that is ok, too. I won't try to hound you with secretive sales tactics or anything like that. You are free to try it for 1 session and then decide for yourself. Easy as that, just register online to let me know I should be expecting you.
Do not forget the $1. I know it is pretty absurd to bring just $1, but it is commitment, however small it is, it is still commitment. So don't stiff me on the $1, I have a special exercise waiting for you at your first class if you do!
